Going where you feel drawn find a sense of inner peace and being with the sensations against your skin. Naturally, the slower you walk on your sensation walk the more noticeably you’ll feel. Almost being like the delicate bill of a platypus. Going slowly within the wilderness a lot the way in which a sloth moves slowly within the jungle. Sensing yourself what there’s to feel against your skin. Being with the sensations on your skin. Heightening the consciousness of one’s tactile sensation. Exploring with the organic forms about you.
Just after you’ve been on your sensation walk, the final component to heighten your perception of sensing yourself would be to become aware of all the internal feelings going on inside your body. The first place to start is with the bodily sensations inside your body.
This sense of inner peace is similar to the tactile feeling exercises we’ve just done. For example, once more scan within either your body and thoughts and become aware of any tension saved inside your body. Then just like allowing a stone drop along the ground, permit the tension inside either your body and thoughts drop towards the ground. This dropping of tension permits you to feel more inside.
Then place your consciousness and attention on the internal sensations you feel. Perhaps you can begin to become aware of the way it feels to move the top of one’s tongue against the roof of one’s mouth. Or perhaps to note the way it feels against your throat to swallow a small component of saliva. Or the way it feels within your lungs as you breathe in air. Simply putting your consciousness on your throat as you swallow or your attention on the within your lungs as you breathe in.
Once more, the slower you do these the more you’ll feel within. Additionally, it will help to shut your eyes as you do this because you will then have a great deal more attention and consciousness to feel the internal sensations. Take your time and discover the unique textures inside your body. Sensing for yourself the unique textures on the within your body.
Similarly if you are much in a state of relaxation and no thoughts you can also place your attention on your bodily heart and discover the way it feels to beat. How each heart beat feels. Noticing and sensing within yourself the little nuances of one’s own heart beat.
While you go further into your internal feelings and explore them you will also realize that one component will probably be calling for your attention more compared to the others. Simply visit this space within and become aware of all the unique textures of all the sensations. Start to be aware of all the sensations in each second taking place to this place within your internal being.
